A lot of my clients come to me saying they’ve done a lot of work on themselves, and they did talk therapy for many years, and then they say, “And it helped…” (in a very high pitched tone). They’re appreciative, but can’t always say they saw a true shift.
After working together, I ask them if they see a true shift, and they look at me like I have 2 heads. “Of course I see the shift” they say.

— I’m a curator: I collect perspectives, tools, and wisdom from many different fields and have been since my first spiritual journey on the Apache reservation in 2008.
